Information we collect
We collect the business contact, account, address, tobacco-license, and order-request information needed to verify business purchasing eligibility and review wholesale requests.
How we use it
We use this information to verify account access, review business and tobacco-license details, confirm approved ship-to locations, provide account pricing, prevent duplicate or unauthorized access, and review product requests.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorized Hustle Van staff and service providers needed to operate, secure, and support the account service. License files are not public and are not included in marketing analytics.
Retention and security
License files are encrypted and malware-scanned. They are scheduled for deletion within 30 days unless a legal, compliance, security, or dispute hold requires longer retention. Account, request, and audit records may be retained as needed for business, compliance, security, and legal obligations.
